Lancia Delta Integrale low emission 8v kat 1991, all original 16v shape, imported from Germany in 1996 and has been a local car here since then. This car is all standard and original, with many new standard parts fitted.
This car starts well hot or cold, idles steady and runs fine, boosts well, runs at 90o temp and has good oil pressure, it drives smoothly and steers straight. It"s just had all belts, water pump, starter motor and alternator replaced. New battery, plugs, leads, dizzy cap etc., new Mobil1 Racing synthetic oil and new filter, air filter & fuel filter have been replaced, cam covers have been re-finished crackle black and new gaskets fitted. A new fuel pump has been fitted, with many other smaller items replaced, so the car will be reliable for its new owner.
New rear brake calipers, discs, pads and handbrake cable all renewed for this sale, refurbished front calipers with new pads have been fitted, the discs are still good, with a brake fluid flush out, and a new standard rear silencer has been installed. The rear parcel shelf has been professionally refurbished, the sunroof fixed and a new roof lining fitted, a brand new steering column lights/wipers switch fitted too. The seats and carpet are freshly shampooed and are in good condition, the seat bolsters are not worn, the driver"s seat centre cushion stitching has come a bit loose. All gauges and warning lights work, outside lights and wipers all ok, the fog lamp lenses have been cleaned and secured well. Electric windows work well also. There is a Kenwood flip front radio fitted, but the direct fused link to the battery isn"t connected, it has a remote control with a new battery but I haven"t tried it.
The main floor, sills, door bottoms, scuttle, roof and tailgate are very sound, the car is a good solid Delta, with any issues resolved for this sale. This Delta has had a bare shell repaint inside and out by the previous owner, the bodywork is very sound, and the finish is excellent, the roof rear edge is perfect, I"ve looked up inside when fitting the new roof lining and it"s good in there. The spare wheel is unused, complete with cover and a tool roll.
The wheels are sound, a little lacquer has peeled here and there, the car has 4 good matching Pirelli P700 tyres, the wing liners are complete. The car has an mot and all the documents are in order, it"s done 109585 kms, that"s 68000-odd miles This is a solid, honest Delta in good condition with many years motoring ahead, it"s a Kat car so is ideal for European low pollution use. Inspection is welcome, the vehicle is located up north in Lancashire.
