vehicle description:

Apologies to anyone that enquired before, I was toying with keeping it, and hence pulling the advert; it is now back up for sale (until I change my mind again ! :-) Lots of new photos at the bottom of the listing Up for sale is my Lancia Delta Integrale Evo 1 16V Now to be honest if you are after a show car with perfect history then something that can just be used, enjoyed and improved on then this is probably not for you. Ok; on to the car. I bought it a few months ago from a gentleman who had owned it since approx 2000 and had decided to sell it as he also had another and was downsizing his collection. It had always been garaged. Around 1999 / 2000 while on a track day the owner at the time lost control of it and hit the barrier on the passengers side. This resulted in it being classed as cat C - The way I viewed it when purchasing was back then the values of these were relitively low compared today, and hence the reason for being registered. It had an inspection and was issued with a chassis no SAB TVR ******* Not sure why the number was changed, but it matches on the logbook, and it retained its original J11EVO plate. So onto the car, when I bought it a few months ago I booked it into Auto Integrale who carried out the following - CENTRE EXHAUST CAM BELT KIT BALANCE BELT KIT N/S WINDOW REGULATOR OIL, ENGINE, AND FUEL FILTER CAM COVER GASKET BRAKE FLUID POWER STEERING OIL GEAR OIL ANTIFREEZE WIPER BLADES WASHER PUMP THROTTLE SWITCH EAV VALVE DUMP VALVE EPROM CHIP REAR SHOCK ABSORBERS SET OF H.T LEADS SET OF USED 17 ALLOYS 2X NEW TYRES (ALL TYRES ARE MATCHING BRAND NOW AND THE EXISTING ONES HAVE LOADS OF TREAD) Brand new Battery just fitted Receipts for all the above works was for in excess of £4,300.00 It now drives very well. It was on 17 alloys when I bought it, however they were distorted and affecting the ride quality, so Keith at AI sourced the current ones, and it really has improved the ride. Keith advised that the alloys now fitted are the more modern type which are of much higher quality. It is fitted with final edition springs, and also big discs with 6 piston racing lockheed calipers. The ABS and aircon have been disabled but come with the car. It has a lightened flywheel, short shift gear change, and an alloy radiator. The interior is lovely. I have owned a few Integrales over the years and this is by far the best. The seats have minimal wear, and it has not been hacked about. Even the parcel shelf is without speaker holes which is a very rare thing, and worth a small fortune ! It also has an electric sunroof. Mileage approx 120K KM The number plate has been valued by National Numbers at £3k so could be sold if so required, but it is included in the sale, and I will not sell the car without the plate before the question is asked. It is of no use to me. The bodywork was going to be the next job on the list. Depending on how fussy you are it could just be used as it is, there is some corrosion around the front screen, some small blisters at the back of the roof, and a patch on the wing that needs attention, plus a couple of impressions on the rear bumper (See photos) - A good machine polish would no doubt bring it up a treat. The rear arches are in very good condition (See photos) - Obviously as it has been garaged since at least 2000 it has not suffered with bad corrosion like some do. So there it is, probably the cheapest Integrale Evo 16V out there that has just had a few grand spent on it, and can just be used and enjoyed. The cat c will put a lot of people off, but it is a cheap way into Integrale ownership, and if exported I have been told the cat c status is removed? Not 100% sure if this is correct. Any questions / viewing are welcome anytime. Reason for sale is concentrating on my classic 911 project, and selling a couple of my other vehicles to fund another business venture; however I am in no rush to sell, so no offers of your Vauxhal Nova and a tenner, or questions like "what will you take for cash" I will not bother responding, this is a rare iconic classic and I will only respond to sensible questions. I am sure I have forgotten loads, so will revise the advert as and when, Tel / Text / Whatsapp 07958 124093
