Here for sale a Rare Lancia Thema Series 3 LS Turbo 16v in Verde Derby (Green) with a off white Alcantara interior there are only currently 27 of these vehicles registered in the UK. This car registered in the UK 08/10/1993
The car has been stored since its last MOT test [mileage 67887] and has not run since being driven back from the testing station in April 2009 when it was parked up and stored.
Cars overall condition is good, but like any nearly 20 year old cars it has its issuesThere is rust in two places on the rear window surround, one where the surround meets the boot lid and one where the screen meets the roof adjacent to the roof rack cover plate (shown in pictures) there is a small parking dent in the drivers door but the paint is not broken, a small amount of paint lifted under the filler flap and a 30mm scratch to the n/s of the bonnet near the front edge close to the wing, other than that paint work is good, the jacking points and floors all appear solid.
The interior is excellent, I will not say its Mint, but its pretty close, none of the normal wear associated with Alcantara interiors.[ I have many more photos if you contact me I will be happy to send them.] the boot interior is also very very good with a complete tool kit and space saver spare wheel.
The wheels are not curbed but have some lacquer lifting in places, the tyres are all Michelin but have started to craze on the side walls and I would suggest they need replacing, the discs have surface rust but could probably be cleaned up, but again I would recommend replacement, two of the window lifts have failed due to the plastic clip that mounts the glass to the cable mechanism having sheared off although the motors run fine, but fortunately there are two used replacement series 2 window mechanisms to go with the car, the rear bumper and tail lights appear to be series 2 items.
The car will not start as the solenoid on the starter motor just clatters when the ignition is on and starter position engaged.
Before its last MOT the cam belt, balancer shaft belt, pulleys and tensioners were replaced along with the waste gate return springs and the front road springs.
The V5, the last and some previous MOT test certificates are also present, however the hand book and service book have been mislaid and may or may not be found.
