This is my beloved Beastie up for sale. I have owned her from 2006 and she is a reliable old girl. I got the engine reconditioned when I bought her. This was done by a independent LandRover specialist. She sometimes jumps out of reverse. She has always done this since I owned her, but I never had this fixed, as it does not happen often and its never been much of a problem for me. MOT until June 2016, only advisories : two tyres nearing legal limit. I do such a little amount of miles in her, its not worth changing them yet, so price of vehicle reflects this. I have copies of all paperwork since I have owned her.
External bodywork and internals pretty good, but show her age, as you would expect. Please see pictures. Happy to provide more pictures if interested. Any inspection welcome. She starts and drives well. Has never let me down. Has power steering and is diesel. The galvanised roof rack is large and sturdy. Also has a rear galvanised ladder for access. Sturdy towbar at the rear, which was completely renewed during the time I have owned her. She has been serviced every year. She is good underneath as well.
She has been a second vehicle for me and has earned her keep over the years. But time to sell, as I need a vehicle which is wheelchair accessible for my in-laws. She will never win any races, but will keep going and going. No doubt she will live on a lot longer than me! Current mileage 132600, but this will go up a little, as she is still in regular use.
