Hi, welcome to my auction. the time has come to sell my disco, it has been a good truck that i have owned since 2009 as you can see i have put a lot of time and money into making it a very reliable vehicle that also performs very well off road. I am only selling due to getting a company car and not having enough time to use it.
The disco has been modified quite a bit, all non standard parts have been bought by me and fitted by either me or my local Landrover specialist.modifications are as follows.- +2" britpart medium duty lift kit (springs and dampers)- heavy duty rear prop shaft (does away with the weak standard rubber doughnut)- heavy duty alloy steering guard- black modular steel wheels with 3 good general grabber tyres, (1 normal pattern road tyre) all with good tread- winch bumper with tow hooks + jacking points- superwinch lp8500 with wireless remote- uprated alloy intercooler- safari style snorkel- l.e.d light bar- headliner re covered in good quality black material- custom side exit exhaust, centre silencer will be included in sale
Overall the disco is in very good condition for its age with the interior being very clean, it has rubber mats all round, even the load space liner.Chassis is also solid and still has most of its original paint! all bushes are in good condition, any that were worn have been replaced.However this vehicle is nearly 18 years old so do not expect perfect paintwork as it has been used, there is also one of the rear bumper end caps missing, i have never changed this as i was planning to put a heavy duty metal rear bumper on there.
The truck has just passed an m.o.t with the only advisory item being a rear bump stop missing, while it was in for its m.o.t the oil and filter was also changed.Viewing is advised as i think you will struggle to find a better example!
