Very good condition for age.

I purchased the car on 02.06.2015 at 37500 miles and had the following work done by Steve Gugliemli Motorsport (well renowned Lotus expert) before using as the car had been taken off the road for a number of years by the previous owner. All the work below was and is normally necessary on the Elise models as they get older:
New WindscreenNew Aluminium upgraded radiator New Single fan mounting kit c/w Spal upgraded fanNew cam belt New stainless steel tow eyeNew clutch slave cylinderNew silicon radiator hosesNew spark plugsNew alternator beltNew batteryS2 Suspension upgrade as the S1 dampers needed replacing and were no longer availableFull service including all fluids/oils changed
Other work that has been done:
Original roof, recently reconditioned by Allon White Sports Cars (Lotus approved coach work company)Original wheels, fully refurbished in Gun Metal Grey and fitted with Toyo Proxes T1 tyres New Pioneer MP3 stereo, aerial and rear speakersNew shower cap, much easier than using the roof!
The car is totally standard other than a sports exhaust and a Hurricane carbon air filter upgrade (sounds great!).
The only issues if I were to be picky with the car (that I have not had time to do), are slight paintwork bubbling on the rollover hoop plastic cover and inside of the doors. Also, the door sill covers and drivers seat have the usual wear and tear marks, I have tried to show this in the photos.
