“Excellent condition. exterior has a few very minor marks..as you would expect from a car of this age. these minor cosmetic imperfections cannot be seen from a close distance and are very few. the paintwork is in perfect condition, as is all external seals, lights, grills, windows are really in excellent condition too. the canvass roof is lovely, no tears or holes. Both leather seats are beautiful. notears or worn out areas. the wheels are in v good condition.. no dents scrapes or scuffs. all manufacturers badges and branding are all original and perfect.”

Listed here is a really lovely Lotus Elise S2. This model has the 1.8 rover engine which is the more sought after. Everything with the car is original, no mods anywhere, and the car has been so cared and looked after. As you can see there is already a lot of info that I have listed. Firstly, please dont be concerned by the number of owners...this car has been really looked after by each and every owner it has had, including myself of course. It comes with lots and lots of service invoices and all mot’s have all been passed from the first date of registration. It has a full service history virtually all with approved Lotus dealers right up to my ownership of the car (all services i have had have been with a very reputable Lotus approved garage) The car has well below the mileage it should have..it"s currently recording only 59,500..and is a reg 2002. There are a few marks here and there on the bodywork, but these are really a few, and even then they can"t be seen from a near distance, and for the age of the car....that"s really not too bad going. I have had quite a few bits done too..new windscreen, new discs and pads all round, new headlamp seal, new alternator, and the main one..new cambelt and washer pump. all these parts are all offical Lotus products from official Lotus part centres. The original immobiliser was a cobra system, factory fitted, I had this removed, and one of the very latest cobra immobiliser systems installed, now with the latest touch keys, on both key fobs.
The roof is in fantastic condition, all removes and back on perfectly..there is nothing at all that is broken missing with the roof. The leather seats are still in beautiful condition too, no tears, worn leather or cracks. I have lots of paperwork, invoices for pretty much everything, and the car has been fully serviced every year with any repairs all carried out. The car comes with a free official Lotus car cover, also you"ll get an original official Lotus factory manual, and also a brand new unused official Lotus service stamp booklet (the current one was finished with one of the services I had). These manuals and service stamp booklets are extremely rare and hard to find. All the original Lotus floor mats and the Lotus mat/floor fixings too. At the moment the mats are being kept safe indoors to keep them nice and clean as they are in such good condition.
You’ll also have a Kenwood cd/radio (inc carry case) detachable front system, which works fine. For the boot area, there is the original tool kit which has nothing missing. Battery was replaced last year. The car runs perfectly, no leaks, noises... nothing at all, and this is all largely due to it being so looked after by the previous owners including myself. So for the price, it"s priced for the condition, which is excellent all round, and is similar other Elise"s that are here on , and of course i’m very happy to discuss reasonable offers. This car really does not reflect its age or number of previous owners, it really is an awesome car and is simply stunning, a real head turner, very quick, and all round in excellent condition in every way....and not track raced. this car is 100% a genuine Lotus Elise.
