Thank you for taking a look at my auction for a 1987 Lotus Excel SE which has the 180bhp red top engine. It is complete and running but will need a fair amount of work. It starts and runs well but there is play and leakage from the waterpump which will need attention. All the tyres and wheels are in good condition. The NS front brake binds but frees off with a little driving. The lacquer is peeling but the bodywork seems in good condition.The leather interior is shoddy but complete. This car will make an Excellent project for somebody with a little time. I have the V5 and owners handbook.Viewing is recommended as you are bidding to buy.A trailer will be needed for removal as it is on SORN and has no MOT.Cash on collection.
