This is a UK spec car. It has no power steering, which enhances the  feel of  the  surface you"re  driving  on, a real connection on the  road
This little  5  is a car  in great running condition for the age/mileage, anyone who knows Mazda engines and MX 5"s in particular will know that 72,000 miles really is nothing for these cars . No  cam  rattle    or   gear  crunching as in some of the older  5s
As can be seen in the pictures, this really is an average  used car
Cam  belt  &   water  pump  done   this week   as a precaution  due to  age
There are a few cosmetic things to note, such as a slightly worn drivers seat.  Some paint  issues   but  these can be easily rectified with a little  tlc.  These are common minor issues with these cars and don"t detract from the mechanics or running of the car!
It has a basic cloth interior   basic  car     basic price   mega  fun  
The MX5  experience is  much sought after, as the  sun  is high in the  sky  and the rain  a distant memory ,  get the hood down   and  soak up the  sights  sounds and smell of open top driving  in a  back to basics  car  very  little  in the way  of  gismos and gadgets. Mazda put  all the  design into making this  car   the  most   fun and  smiles  for your money.
Not too powerful unless you add  tuning  bits, but  still  a spirited  drive as you  can use the full rev range  to push  you  along ,  combine this  with  the  well balanced handling and the corners just  come and  go
 The sills  are good  as is the  hood, and these are the normal bad points on a 5
But,  for the  colder,  wetter  months.  I do have a  RED   hard top  to compliment  this  car  in another auction,  so  she could be an all year round drive
