vehicle description:

for sale GU51 ESP MERCEDES E320 cdi avantgarde estate with seven seats;abs,ebd,espblack leather interior in reasonable condition wear on drivers seat . Front seats heated and ventilated with electric memory adjustment. both seats with "massage" functionsclimate control works(might need a regas) sunroofself leveling rear suspensionfour resonable alloy wheeels with michelin pilot tyres mid life ,full size spare in good conditionauto transmissionthe car  returns between 40 and 50 mpg (see photo) the engine is oil tight uses little or no oil and no water the batteries are in a1 conditionBUT the car has developed a FAULT when u use kickdown the engine goes into limphome(no lights but says vist workshop)  mode and will not rev over 3000rpm next day the car runs fine, in normal day to day driving it runs fine the autobox changes up as per normal the car accelerates out of junctions etc and crusies at 70 mph on the  motorway. the car has been to the garage to have the fault fixed and did work fine for 8mths but the fault has returned the car is still usable but needs attention.The last mot stated that the rear discs were pitted and the suspension pipes were coroded and might need attentionone headlight is in a1 condition the nr/side has gone cloudy the off/side front fog light needs attention (solder)the central locking seems to have stopped working (pnematic) maybe because the car has been stood for 4 weeks i am awaiting the v5 from the dvla i swapped the registration number and then was let down by a buyer with the v5 filled in full books inc all bills and old MOTs the car is avalible to view but please be a serious buyer with a little work the car will run for another 200,000 miles
