Q. What is a V5/ V5C?
A. A V5 is a vehicle registration document, also known as a LOG BOOK. V5C is the new European style registration document.
Q. Do i have legal title without a V5?
A. YES, the invoice at point oF sale is prooF oF title, NOT the V5.
Q. Can I put the vehicle back on the road?
A. Yes, All Cat C/ D/ X vehicles can go back on the road. Carry out any necessary repair work needed to make the vehicle road worthy. IF the vehicle is more than 3 years old, it will require an MOT. Then simply TAX & INSURE the vehicle and away you go.
