For Sale is my Rover 45 Saloon.
Bought just a few months ago in April.
I am the third owner, the second owner was an elderly gentleman who owned the car for most of its life and rarely drove far, hence the low mileage, which can be backed up by an MOT history search.
The car was bought with full service history and many many receipts including a new head gasket and cam belt recently.
The car is also a CAT C write off. The car was scraped down the side by a bus while parked. The only damage was the rear bumper was pulled off and a scratch was left down the side of the car. The bus company"s insurer said it wasn"t worth repairing and paid out on the car.
I fixed the bumper back on and polished out the scratches, so there is virtually no sign of damage other than a small dent and a tiny amount of missing paint near the near side rear wheel arch. The car is perfectly road legal since being repaired. However, there are a few knocks and scrapes on the bumpers after sixteen years of mainly local driving.
Overall though, the car is in very good condition as the pictures hopefully show. It"s fully loaded, with an automatic box which also has a sequential manual option, electric windows and sun roof, heated seats, air con etc etc.
It has a lot of life left in it and I would like to see it get some more use. We are only selling as we have upgraded to a seven seater.
