 Hi for sale is my 2004 MG ZR+ 120
2004 model which is the facelift ZR with the newer bumpers and dash interior
It is a 3 door and has plenty of room inside surprisingly and a nice big boot
It has full electric windows. foglights and AC being the ZR+ model
I had the 160VVC skirts and bumper spats put on making it a full replica of the VVC model
Car has done 97800 miles with regular servicing and i have all the history from mots to reciepts
The headgasket has been done on it with a metal 3 layer gasket and coolant change in Aug 14 with receipt or £450
Whilst headgasket was done the cambelt, waterpump, inlet manifold gasket and thermostat were also changed
Throttle body is the 52mm with a new K&N air filter. The cat has been gutted so passes mot and is still in place!
Soon after the gasket job i had a look on ZR owners firums and read about the TF135 mods you can do to the ZR120 and went and bought TF135 cams
Cams fitted and had the ECU sent off for a remap which was done by z&f tuning so car is around the 135/140 bhp mark, very quick for a light car!
New starter motor and alternator last year with reciepts for both
Tyres were changed in august this year along with the brakes done last week, had very low profile tyres put on
Wheel bearings were done all round in March as i was travelling motorways alot in this and done as precaution
I have just done the MOT on it and it passed with no advisories so has full years MOT expiring Jan 2016
The interior is in very good condition with no rips of tears which are common amongst ZRs
The suspension is the ZR160 all round so very nice and firm
Car has the black 17 MG straights in very good condition, no buckles or kerbing
The car is very cheap to insure and is very economical especially with the recent drop in petrol prices!!
It is the 1.8 K- Series and £20 gets me 100 miles locally!!
Also had the Pecktron BCU relays repaired and sealed so no more electrics or immobiliser problems ever!!
This car doesnt need a penny spending on it for along time as iv done all the work on it, im only getting rid as iv got a comapny car and need the space!
