 Mitsubishi DELICA L400 Spacegear "ROYAL EXCEED" LWB 2800 Turbo diesel.     I have for sale our DELICA, yes an original Royal Exceed!. We were lucky to have bought this from a mature couple who live nearby, they owned the DELICA for seven years prior to it being ours. It has just 4 previous keepers, Imported in MARCH 2003.   I have the De-registration certificate from Tokyo dated MARCH 2003 and a  BIMTA (British Independant Motor Trade Association) "certificate of Authenticity" dated APRIL 2003. KM also changed to miles and is accuarate. Currently only 104,450 miles. It drives superb, without fault, great power and a real fun bus. I dont want to use the word Rare but the Royal Exceed is for sure, very difficult to find. Our van really is in smart condition and has more than you can imagine inside.   Its a 2.8 diesel Intercooled Turbo that has great power and impressive on fuel too. Its black and grey in colour, the best without doubt in our opinion and looks superb. It has chrome side steps, chrome wing mirrors and chrome bull bars. (not working ,easy fix please read advert)     TAX, MOT.   six months Tax remain, this will be  included in the sale and has 11 MONTHS MOT. The MOT consisted of little work (£250). rubber suspention bushes on the rear and two new tyres. All previous MOTS present from import date 2003 til present.     SERVICING.   The turbo is in great condition.The complete underside of the van has been wax coated. New batteries also fitted last month, due to a lazy start and were old. Oil change JUNE 2014. The engine is running very well. fuel pump replaced in 2008 by DTM, Bristol.     BODY WORK.   The bodywork is completely original Black and grey and is fab for its age. The paint is still shiny. The wheel arches are perfect. The van does have afew small dinks if you were to slowly walk around and be crtical but nothing thats sore to the eye. There is a rust spot on the roof but again nothing major and a spot on the front wing that can hardlt be seen.         THINGS TO BE AWARE OF.   Below are a list of things to be aware of that will need looking at soon. Its nothing major. We have been as honest as possible as detailed below.     The van would benefit from a new set of wipers in the near future, front and rear. The drivers is zip tied on but works perfect.     The plastic dashboard stereo cover is cracked in various places, I guess with age and heat of the sun. It dosnt look the best but they can be replaced for around £60 (if your lucky!) at your leisure.   The sun roof sometimes sticks and is a pain to close. MDOC state this is more than likely a worn cog. An easy fix but time consuming. I believe you have to carefully pull down the roof lining to expose the cog, certainly above my skill level anyway.   Afew of the cutain hooks are broken I would guess around 10 in total.     The DELICA has a Kareokee machine onboard and a multi changer under the passenger seat with speakers everywhere, however is not working at present. The reason for this is the original stereo has been replaced with a FORD so unable to conncet the appropriate leads. I have since sourced and original MITUSBISHI stereo but at present I am minus the wiring loom, so with alittle time (swapping the stereo) you will be up and singing soon. All wires and multichanger are in place. At present the ford stereo id connected.           A few polite requests for the winning bidder and payment deatils.   Please only bid if you are 100% committed.
