Relisted due to time waster that failed to pay deposit with less than 100% feedback!  Anyway Up for sale is my L200 of some 5 years, I had the alloys from a brand new warrior in 2009. Also added the Witter tow bar. The gearbox went 2 years ago as it got stuck in third. I was lucky enough to find a warrior gearbox with the added functionality over the original box. The prop shafts were also changed to suit. It had new two new leaf springs about 18months ago new brake pads and discs back in March this year. The cam-belt was changed at 88k and was probably due to be changed again although it still looks good. I have taken the head cover off to see what actually happened, since the cam-belt is ok I can only assume it jumped a cog or the balance belt failed. 14 valve followers have broken off and the 2 that remain in tack have forced the camshaft housing up and sheared off one of the retaining bolts. At the very least the engine will need a new head and worst case a reconditioned engine. As you can see from the photos the bodywork is in excellent condition with the odd stone chip etc. There is a small crease in the rear tail gate just to the right of the 4life badge where I reversed into a lamp post. I had the windows professionally tinted on all the rear windows including the one behind the rear seats, so it looks good without the canopy too. Load liner is also included. All clean and tidy inside no rips or tears and well looked after, never smoked in from new as I new the previous owner. I was selling this truck in September as I had a new Lease L200 just delivered. So when it broke down I was faced with the dilemma of fixing the truck as cheaply as possible and selling or offering it as it is. On investigation if I get a reconditioned engine the warranty only lasts for as long as I own the vehicle in most cases and I know if I was buying a truck I would want some guarantees. So if there are any mechanics out there looking for a great truck for a fraction of the price look no further. All parts that I have removed to investigate are included. I also have two of the original steel wheels with good tyres that I will throw in with the deal. This is a private sale and there is no VAT to be added to the truck. The signage has been removed and T-cut used, there is no fading or marks where the lettering used to be. You will need to bring a recovery truck or large trailer to collect with a winch as these trucks are about 2000kg. The truck is currently on SORN If you have any questions please call me on 07976 247130 I have moved the camshafts with a large spanner on the end of the pulley, they are both moving along the full length on each side, so it does not look like the camshafts have sheared or broken. It would also suggest that the engine is not seized as they would not move at all if that was the case, also heard the compression on one of the cylinders as I turned it.
