Hi, and welcome to the auction for my much loved mx5.
Where to start? Well, drives lovely with no mechanical fault. Brakes, clutch and gearbox all good.
This is a special edition named after the charlies angels movies and still have the badges.
MOT"ed until next Feb. She has a full service history bar one stamp missing which I think was done
by a previous owner.(self service).
I have all the previous paperwork and receipts for work done plus hand book etc.
2 keys and v5 present.
Last service was a full 2 year major done at halfords in feb at the same time as the MOT.
There are a few bad points as follows:
Some rust starting to appear at the back of the sills and some small bubbling on two of the arches(surface only).
Small hole in drivers seat bolster(see pic).
Tail pipe rusty.
Apart from that she really is a lovely car. Drives great and handles like a dream.
The wheels I have fitted myself and are bk racing 17 inch, about 6 months old.(Tires were new at same time and done about 1000 miles max).
Also I have fitted reflective marker lights on the corners which light up(amber).
And a stainless mesh grill inside the front intake.
Plus stitched handbrake gaiter, gear stick gaiter, and gear knob to match the stitching in the seats.
The only reason I"m selling is because I have bought an Audi so we can drive in to Europe, as the Mazda is not really big enough for this.
(Especially with the wife"s luggage capacity!).
So I am starting the bidding at a sensible price.
