This MX5 is great fun to drive, however it is used so  infrequently that we have decided to sell it. We have never had finance on the car. It has 3 owners including us (I suspect that the first owner was pre-registration at the vendor garage)EngineWe purchased this car in June 2007 at around 22,000 miles. Since then it has completed 13,600 miles in just under 9 years. It has been a perfectly reliable car for the whole time that we have had it and has had the necessary bits done. Note the key points below. -          MOT until 17th March 2017 (almost 12 Months Remaining) -          Water pump, timing belt and brake fluid were done at 33,709 miles in July 2013, -          Full service (Bosch Gold) at 32,165 miles in May 2012 -          Full service at 22,840 miles in September 2007Bodywork , Interior and RoofGenerally, it is in good to very good condition for a car of this age. The car has never been in an accident and has good bodywork. There are the usual stone chips on the bonnet and it has a few mild dings from supermarket shopping trollies, but nothing too severe. The rear arches have some rust and the passenger sill is slightly corroded. The driver’s side was repaired in May 2015. Interior is very clean and generally representative of a car with such low mileage. Car has a factory fitted alarm and immobiliser. The fabric hood (not vinyl) is fine and clean, with no rips or abrasions. The rear window is glass and the heated rear windscreen works fine.Wheels, Tyres and BrakesThe alloy wheels are fine, they have some minor curbing and the paint is blistering/flaking in some places, which is typical of MX-5s. See photos for more details but functionally the wheels are fine. Tyres (Yokohama 195/50R15) have 6mm tread all round Disks and pads will require changing at some point, but perfectly acceptable for use at this time Alarm and ImmobiliserOtherCar will be supplied with a dust cover for the whole car and the black cover for the hood when it is retracted. 2 Keys to be suppliedCash on collection or bank transfer on collection
