Mazda RX8 231 with loads of modifications
The car is in need of an engine rebuild as its not running quite running right (feels like its on 3 cylinders) and has been given a low compression test result. It does however start first time everytime whether its hot or cold (this can be shown and tested). The car has an engine rebuild 10k miles ago (in 2012) by Reworx in Portsmouth (receipts for proof) but the car appears to have failed again unsure as to what the reason is. the car has been running premix (Castrol 2T) and also had a recent dose of catacleaner.
The car has the Bose stereo with multi-changer, red and black leather interior, with heated and electric front seats The car has loads of extras from Mazda and all in all is in fantastic condition and fully working. the bodywork is near on perfect but doeshave a few dings hear and there but should be expected as its 12 years old
Performance modifications include, Toyosport stainless steel exhaust system with de-cat (loud and pops flames!), Cold feed induction kit,Sohn"s adapter (means you don"t have to check the oil as often as a standard one), oil catch can, air con has been removed, Mazdasport spoiler, dotz 18 wheel (£900 new), egr disconnected, Secondary air intake removed (flags engine management light can show this on diagnostic for piece of mind and can turn it of but it comes back on after a couple of days) Red line raised to 9450, Lowered 30mm on Tein Springs. There"s probably more but it evades my mind.
If i had the money i would be rebuilding this car in a heartbeat and keeping it but I just can"t afford it.
