1993 Mercedes 190e 1.8 Manual.
NO RESERVE, will be sold to the highest bidder!First registered 9th of February 1993 (K -reg), 3 owners from new. Only covered about 10"000 miles since 2010.Main dealer service history up until 113"000 miles, regularly serviced independently thereafter. MOT until 29th January 2018, all of its previous MOTs, Mercedes document folder and other paperwork.Alloy wheels fitted and also comes with a set of Steel wheels and Mercedes wheel-trims.1.8 litre injection with manual gearbox.Mechanically it has been well maintained and has had many new parts including:-Front ball joints, front suspension springs, shock absorbers, clutch slave cylinder, radiator and fuel pipes to name but a few. Only selling as now have a mobility car, otherwise it would be kept.The 190e is a rare and appreciating classic car. With a bit of TLC this one could be great again.More pictures available on request.
Externally There are some marks and scratches as you would expect for a car of this age and mileage.There is some surface rust near the boot and on the wheel arches which the winning bidder may want to have repairedI"ve tried to show it in the photos.
Interior Generally very good for the age and mileage, has Mercedes rubber floor mats, does have some wear as you would expect for a car of this age, most noticeably on the drivers door card, see pictures.
In short it is a genuine, solid, and reliable car with 12 months MOT. It drives well and the engine and gearbox are quiet and smooth. There is a whine from the rear of the car, possibly from the rear diff but I am not certain. I would advise anyone with a serious interest in it to come and view the car before bidding. Currently has disabled tax exemption which will need to be changed over by the winning bidder.
Please do not bid expecting a new car, it is 24 years old.Car is located in Greatham, Hartlepool (TS25), payment by cash on collection only.
