For Sale my 98/S Reg, E55 AMG, I have owned R600CKT since 2011 where she had only done 74,000 miles. I am an ex Royal Navy -jet engineer. I chose this one because she is solid and straight. She had been keyed down one side and across the bonnet and front wing. (please see pictures) this wasn"t an issue as my intention was to restore her so I accumulated a few parts and carried out replacing the front discs/pads with genuine AMG parts, likewise with the rear discs/pads but also had the rear calipers restored. Last year I replaced the shocks for BILSTEIN B8 shocks with German made H&R Progressive Springs. Comes Xenon Headlamps with loads of bills/service history the remainder done by me etc. Fresh oil change last week and the cooling system flushed and refilled. I have also fitted a new Genuine Mercedes serpentine belt. 11 Months MOT. 5 Previous owners the former keeper used her in a fleet of wedding vehicles.
no rust underneath however I would replace the front wings.... and respray then she"ll be superb again.
