2004 Mercedes CLK 270 CDI - relisted due to time waster bubu2602.In fair condition for year, well maintained, recent new tyres, cabin filter, oil change etc. MOT until May. Avantgarde specification brings leather, premium sound system, climate control (recently re-gassed and cleaned) and cruise control. I have covered several thousand miles and often returns up to 50mpg and has an average of over 45mpg in my time.Some age related marks as shown in the pictures, for clarity this includes a crack in the rear bumper and a larger scratch in the drivers door. There is general wear and tear, this is not a perfect car by any means but is presentable. Has been a local run around for the family for a few years but older children and a fault on the gearbox mean it is time to go.Gearbox fault has put an engine management light on. If you search for Mercedes auto box not shifting up occasionally then it suggests it is a selector issue. This is intermittent and I have continued to be able to use the car for short runs with no issue. The car also states a coolant issue although this is a common sensor issue that I have not gotten round to changing, the coolant level and condition are fine.I would have scrapped it but the underlying car is too good for that so hopefully somebody who doesn"t mind the repair work can pick this up and make some more use of it.If you have less than 15 positive feedback entries please contact me before bidding.
