| “metallic maroon Mercedes 300TE 24V,well made comfortable sports 7 seats with rare 5speed automatic gearbox, top of the range when new...(Cosworth)..cruise control, abs, air con, electric seats, sun roof, cream leather interior in good condition....excellent smooth/fast runner until:-WHATS WRONG ....offside drive shaft broken/starter motor (needs towing/trailer to destination)front offside wing badly rusted/ rust starting in a few other areas/ bumper trims to back and front.I am the 2nd owner of this car and am sad that I cannot afford to repair it as it has given me 10 years of superb driving....it is in a class of it's own for this 124 model.” |
