 Mitsubishi EVO VIII FQ-330   This sale is for a very rare Mitsubishi Evolution FQ-330. This particular car is number 125 of only 200 ever made. It is a genuine UK car with all the supporting documentation. The VIII FQ-330 was the top of the range EVO at the time of its launch. Its benefits over the VIII FQ-300 include the upgraded black alcantara and leather Ralliart embossed seats and interior, a power increase from 300 BHP to 330 BHP and SmartNav. The standard Evolution VIII was a formidable car in terms of its performance and unique purposeful styling, however, the FQ-330 not only has better performance and styling but also has the potential to become an appreciating classic due to its limited production number.This particular car is a low mileage example in excellent condition with a documented service history. Below is a detailed summary of the car’s main aspects.   Service History and recent work. This car has a fully documented service history which comprises of work carried out by the main dealer, and specialists.  The car has been serviced around every 4000 miles and all necessary mechanical work has always been undertaken. In addition before being put up for sale the car has had a full service, including timing belt replacement by MG motorsport (a recognised Mitsubishi EVO specialist). The following work was carried out Mileage 59,943: Engine oil, Transfer box oil, Gearbox oil, Differential oil, AYC oil, Timing belt replacement (including balance belt & tensioner)   Driveshaft seal Spark plugs and HKS air filter change Total cost:  £510.92 (receipts included in sale)   In addition the following work has also been recently carried out Wheel power - Mileage 60,052 Four wheel alignment (using the HawkEye system) Total cost £65 (receipts included in sale)   M Service - Mileage 59,837 Alloy wheel refurbishment Total cost £220 (receipts included in sale)   MG Motorsport 58,359 AYC pump strip, rebuild, refit and bleed Total cost £420 (receipts included in sale)   Interior The car has the upgraded black alcantara/leather interior which came standard on the FQ-330. The seats, door cards, dash and centre console are in excellent condition without any apparent marks. There is no visible wear to the driver’s seat bolster which is another indication of its low mileage.  Also the car comes with a set of original Ralliart car mats which are in great condition. The interior is in original factory specification except that the original stereo was replaced by the previous owner but the smartnav button on the steering column and other supporting components are still present.   Engine and drive train: The engine and drivetrain are in excellent working order. The car boosts correctly all the way through the rev range. The gear change is solid and has a rifle bolt action feel. The clutch is also fine and does not slip under load. The only modification to the engine is a HKS 200mm induction kit. All warning lights come on when the ignition key is in position 1 and then go out once the engine is running. 
Exterior Body work and wheels The Palma Red paint is vibrant and has a deep shine. There are small minor imperfections such as a few tiny stone chips but these do not distract from the overall excellent appearance of the car. In short, up close or at a distant the body work looks stunning.The Lenso light race spec wheels have been fully refurbished and painted in amazing metallic graphite. The wheel size is 8.5 / 18 and the tyres are Toyo 235/40/ZR18 on all four wheels.    Documentation and keys. The original UK specification new owners pack is included, even the ‘new car delivery procedure’ slip is present. The Ralliart folder is present with the Evolution VIII manual. Also a fully stamped original service history book is included.  I have two sets of keys with two working key fobs. Included are most of the original MOT’s as well as many receipts for works carried out on the car. Included in the sale is clear HPI report which also searches for irregularities in the mileage and also a copy of a VOSA MOT check which also confirms the low mileage. I have undertaken a great degree of work to insure that this car is in exceptional condition prior to its sale and therefore I am confident this particular FQ-330 presents an excellent opportunity to any potential buyer.
