Welcome to my listing for my stunning PEUGEOT 205 1.6 GTI
I have decided to sell my 205 as it doesn"t get used as much as I would like; I feel someone could be getting the use out of it that it deserves!The condition of this 205 is excellent. By no means is it concourse; but an iconic usable classic.A true classic that turns heads wherever I go.
Around the car there are a few slight blemishes and at some point in the past maybe some fresh paint but nothing too noticeableThere are a few stone chips and very small dinks, consistent with age. It is 31 years old!
The car is very original. The only aspect I would say is slightly different are the front seats.At some point they have been re-trimmed, although very nice and matching.The alloy wheels are stunning. They are professionally refurbished and complete with a brand new set of Michelin tyres (the modern version of the tyres it would of left the factory with).
It comes with the original PEUGEOT wallet complete with service book.The service book doesn"t have much in it, mainly stamps from the early days, and a few receipts.
It has had a speedo change, documented in the service book, where if you do an MOT search, you will see this was done in 2015. The current clock mileage shows 85,548, so the actual mileage for the car is just below 103,000 which is low.
The 205 has just had a brand new MOT this week, so has a full 12 months.
Needing very little to get through, the MOT tester commented on how solid the car was and what a great example it was.
The car is kept in the garage and I am in no rush to sell.
Anyone who knows the 205 GTI, will know they are appreciating in value and will make an excellent investment.
