The car has 86,000 miles, 10 months MOT, is HPI clear and has a full service history. It also comes with a private registration plate.
The car is mechanically spot on and a joy to drive. The tiptronic gearbox is seamless and the four wheel drive system provides a ridiculous amount of grip and traction.
There is an extensive service history, with a fully stamped service book, all done by Porsche or Porsche specialist and there is also a folder full of invoices and receipts.
It was last serviced on 7/4/15 at 86,088 miles where it had a minor service, health check and full wheel alignment at Porsche. Before this it was serviced on 8/4/13 at 85,164 miles where it had a major service at Porsche. 
In 2008 it was fitted with a Milltek stainless steel exhaust system which produces a lovely sound. When cruising it is no louder than the original, but when under hard acceleration it is a deep throaty sound, emphasising that flat 6 engine note. There is an invoice for this system in said folder of invoices for £900. 
Going through the folder of invoices, it has had over £4000 spent on it since 2011. This is on things such as; brake overhauls, camshaft solenoids, coil packs, multifunction switch etc.
The bodywork is in exceptional condition, other than a few stone chips to the front bumper, there is barely an imperfection to it. The sides of the car are absolutey straight, I can not see a single ding on them. You really would be hard pressed to find any age 996 in this good a condition, let alone one of its year. The alloy wheels are the very expensive split BBS Porsche alloys from the GT3 which have just been professional refurbished at diamond wheels in Letchworth and have seen the road once since. The tyres fitted are Pirelli P Zeros on the rear and Michelin sports on the front. 
The interior is also in very good condition and. Everything works as it should. It is fitted with a DAB digital radio with ipod/phone connectivity. It also has huge factory fitted speakers which must have cost a fortune as an extra when the car was new.
