Purchased this 993 c2 cabrio 2 years ago from Florida, with almost everything in, apart from an engine and gearbox. Cost me with import fees and duties around 6500£. I have all the hmrc import paperwork, inc a letter from Porsche with the car spec. This 993 was imported by cars uk ltd, who a renown relocator/importer of classic cars. In my opinion it was a donor car, as there is no accident damage on it. It has a Florida salvage title.
Since then the car has had the shell treated in the usual rust spots: windscreen and rear chassis legs, has had a new set of wheels and tyres fitted.  The wheels are genuine turbo hollowspokes 10" wide.
Interior  has been completely re-trimmed in classic grey, new sound deadening new carpets purchased from Porsche.
The engine is a 78000 miles which i had from my previous 993, not a varioram, but could be easily converted to varioram.
Absolutely all ECU’s are included in the sale.
What it needs is a gearbox (with flywheel/clutch and driveshafts) and the final assembly work.
The car is otherwise complete. Any viewings are welcome before bidding.
Work completed so far:  New interior carpets all around, genuine Porsche, in classic grey, and genuine and brand new Porsche body sound deadening.
New leather interior -  dash, centre console, seats Set of completely refurbished (as new ) white dials are with the car. Refurbished by adrian reap, the only person that does automotive dials, especially Porsche ones, decently in uk. Pedal board in aluminium (the one that originaly is a piece of cheap plywood), was purchased from germany, quality item. Brake calipers have all been blasted, powder coated and rebuilt with new seals and dust caps - condition "as new"  i do not have a radio with  it, as I am keeping my eyes out for a Becker Grand Prix both exhaust tips have been polished, look new as well new front wings at over 1000£ new a/c condenser + new support frame new exhaust heat shield and brackets and all stainless steel clips brand new genuine turbo front bumper   So, if you are interested to make any offers this is what the PROJECThas cost me so far:
