Hi, welcome to my auction. I am selling this car on behalf of my Dad as he has got a new one and no longer needs this one. It is a Proton IMPIAN 1.6 4 door which he has had from new when it was registered in August 2002. It has the benefit of having had an LPG conversion kit on it from new so when the car first starts up it uses petrol until the operating temp is high enough for the LPG system to kick in. If at any time the LPG runs out it will switch back to petrol without you noticing. Although running on LPG is hardly any different in mpg (about 34)......LPG costs about half the price of petrol so makes for cheap motoring. The car features anti-lock brakes, traction control, remote central locking electric windows front and back and a radio cassette player. The car has been well maintained during its life and is still going strong even with 228,000 miles on the clock!It has an MOT until the end of July 2015 and in the last 10,000 miles has had a new radiator, clutch and 4 new tyres. The gas system had a full service mid April and the next normal service is due at 230,000 miles. Road Tax is currently £170 per year.Now for the bad bits.........as can be seen in the pictures the paintwork isn"t in the best of conditions but the bodywork is ok. There is also a small whine from the end bearing of the gearbox, but it still runs well.
