My wife"s very tidy car having been made ready for the buyer with brand new quality clutch and thrust bearing, driveshaft, both drop links, fully synthetic oil service and computer diagnostic check, battery, wiper blades, air-con pipe replaced, air-con serviced/cleaned/charged, electric window switch replaced and all items tested, car valeted, polished and touched up as needed.
I am an honest seller and wanted the car to be decent for the next owner, but had a shock when the total bill came to over £800....
HPI clear: no accidents etc. V5 in our name/address, sold from our home address.
The car has all original paint from the factory, it had one family owner before my wife (Aunt and her niece) and is standard and unmodified. The spare wheel and tools are unused and all books are present.
If you are unfamiliar with Perodua, the company makes Toyota and Daihatsu models in a state-of-the-art factory in Malaysia and sold the cars new here at main dealers from 1997-2013. The car is essentially the same as a Daihatsu Sirion, Toyota Passo and Subaru Justy and uses the superb chain-driven (so no expensive cam-belt changes needed) 1298cc 86bhp Toyota Yaris vvti/DVVT 16v OHC engine which is revered as one of the best units ever made. We own another Perodua and have had several Myvis, two from new: they are well built, Japanese engineered cars with simplicity where needed; they use the best of Toyota design without the excessive electronics that can fail.My parents in their 70s also have also owned several Myvis as they are very easy and light to drive, offer a high seating position, light steering and clutch, easy parking and as Myvis will happily do town and motorway trips comfortably.
The car is similar in external size to a Yaris but more spacious inside with space for 5 adults, 90 degree opening doors and a high roofline which makes getting in and out easier and getting kids in child seats very easy. The rear seat pushes down and forward to make a flat low access height area ideal for dogs, baby changing or carrying shopping without it being able to fall off the seat, see the photos!
The car is very contemporary looking with LED rear lights, LED indicators in the mirrors and the current upright body style. SXi spec includes air-conditioning, four electric windows with child lock, electric mirrors, power steering, remote central locking, superb Clarion 4 speaker stereo, back-lit central cubby with non-slip mat for phone.
Safety kit includes ABS/EBD braking, safety cage cabin design, dual airbags, 5 full 3-point seatbelts, front seatbelt pre-tensioners, child locks, side impact protection bars etc, plus the car has outstanding visibility and enormous mirrors.

Rather than mess about, I"ve priced it at £1350. Anyone that makes the effort to come and see it will see that this is very fair given the condition, cleanliness and mechanic works that have been carried out.Look at the jobs done and add the cost of that to whatever other car you are looking at for this price!Also check other cars for HPI markers for accident damage and repair (Cat C or Cat D) as our car is HPI clear.Full VOSA mileage MOT history report backs up the 64120 mileage.
PLEASE NOTE: this car is ten years old and £1350, as such will be sold as seen without warranty given or implied; every opportunity will be given to fully inspect it (I can get it up on friend"s ramps if wanted) to carry out an extended test drive, to have a mechanic or expert scrutinise it, but once sold there will be no comeback whatsoever. I have tried very hard to ensure a great car for the buyer spending far too much at great loss to our family as can be seen by the job list, however anything can go wrong with cars of this age without notice. I will provide a full receipt and carry out the DVLA change of ownership with you at my house online and assist with taxing it online (at your cost) if needed.Do not attempt to buy this car if you do not agree with any of the above.
