Welcome to my listing for my 306 Rallye.
Its a rare car now, only 500 were made in the first place. 200 Red, 200 White and 100 Black and there are only 294 left with only only 124 of those on the road.
The Rallye is a lightweight version of the 306 GTI6.
This one in particular has the phase 3 parts (boot and bonnet) Peugeot seemed to just put parts from the odds and sods shelf on the Rallyes but this one got the good bits.
I have owned this car since 2011 and when I first bought it it needed a LOT of work.
It has done 111k miles, on 92k I replaced the engine with a lower mileage (85k IIRC) due to the block being cracked. I did the cambelt at the same time.
It has a Magnex stainless steel cat back exhaust.
Is lowered 40mm.
New battery, starts first turn of the key.
Crystal headlights, not the standard lights but they look much better than frosted glass ones.
It has a genuine plastic Peugeot boot liner
The bodywork is pretty straight, there are no major dents or scratches.
It has only done around 19000 miles since I bought it
In the boot there is a replacement front grille, a set of brand new rear discs/pads and a standard air box setup.
There are a pair of black mask headlights (see picture)
A rebuilt Xsara VTS rear beam (It was rebuilt using genuine Peugeot parts. The trailing arm shafts were replaced as were the beam mounts. The xsara rear beams had thicker torsiona bars (21mm) than the GTI6/Rallye making it a very good track/fast road car upgrade. While it was apart I also had a GTI6 anti roll at fitted as these are thicker than the xsara vts items. The ride height has been set at -40mm) see picture
There is a full set of none genuine Rallye decals
A spare set of cyclone alloy wheels with nearly new Toyo Proxie T1R tyres
I have also put a lot of other spare parts in the boot (any other parts that I find will be included)
As with all older cars it has some negatives.
It has no MOT (due to me getting a company car I"ve had no need to use it)
It has a cracked windscreen (MOT fail)
The paint has faded in places, this is standard on the cherry Rallyes.
The alloys need a refurb and 2 new tyres. (4 good ones on the other alloys)
The rear beam has play in it so will require a rebuild. (or fit the rebuilt one)
I put new discs and pads on the front just before the car was taken off the road (due to getting a company car) so may need replacing.
The drivers seat has a rip in the vinyl on the side of the seat, again this is very common.
It has no history bar what has been done since I bought it.
I will be sad to see it go, but would rather somebody that has the time for it to enjoy it. Due to work and family commitments I have no time to sort it myself.
