“Heater blower motor running with ignition off, resulting in draining power of auxiliary battery (indicated on dashboard) Mechanic has told me it probably needs a replacement Final Stage Resistor.Diesel particulate filter comes on intermittently, this can send the engine into "limp" mode (restricted to 3000 revs) not sure what is needed to fix this as it has not really happened regularly enough to become an issue.Tyre pressure sensor warning light occasionly comes on (sensor probably not fitted when tyres were recently changed.ESR/ASR amber light comes on when auxiliary battery is low on power.Minor scratches on body work typical of it`s age.”

We have owned this car for the past 18 months and it has now flown through the last two MOT`S with only advisory items highlighted. During this time my other half has used the car for his daily commute to work and as the family car at weekends and it has never let us down. A new clutch was fitted in February 2013 and the drivers air bag squib was replaced at the same time and apart from changing some worn tyres and replacing the oil we have not needed to spend anything on this car. The exterior of the car is pretty `straight` with the odd stone chip here and there (the most noticeable is near the front of the bonnet on the driver`s side but is barely noticeable in the photos). The alloys still look great with very little in the way of scratches and `kerbing` with a decent looking spare. The highlight of this car without a doubt is the interior, for a car of this age the condition of the leather upholstery is truly remarkable with no rips or tears, the carpets have been protected with mats and look brand new and the walnut `effect`dash would not look out of a place in a Jag! Equipment levels are very high with in buit sat nav (works with addresses not postcodes), with UK and Europe discs, CD changer, electric seats, electric folding wing mirrors, electric rear sunshade, automatic lights, automatic wipers, aircon/climate control. Remote central locking, remote boot opening (this works when the auxiliary battery has not been drained by the blower motor!!!) We weren`t especially looking to sell but could do with the money to put towards a car more suited to towing our caravan. Winner bidder will be asked to complete purchase within 7 days.
