For sale on behalf of a friend;
Proton Track Car
1.8 Mitsubishi naturally aspirated engine. The car has quite clearly had lots of money spent on to get it where it is. Bodywork In good condition, not without a few marks etc. Great car, sounds awesome.
As you can see the car has been fitted with various bits for the track including; Fire extinguisher, Lap Timer, Roll Cage, Kill-switch, Bucket Seat and harness etc. As for expiry dates on the extinguisher etc you will probably find they are out of date now and need replacing if it were to race again. The car is sitting on coil overs. Piping has been added to cool brakes etc. The car apparently last raced in 2012 has been off the track quite a while! I doubt it needs to much to see the track again.
I don’t know anything else about specs for the car as it’s as good as undocumented unfortunately but you only have to drive it to know it’s miles from standard. Other than that I really don’t know too much about the car, I’ve just been given the task of selling it but I will try help where I can. Cheap starting bid but it has to go! Viewing welcome and recommended.
