Rover 45, 1.4, FOR SPARES or REPAIR, Only 49,500 miles, MOT apr 16, svc hist, still drives.
The problems are: Water Pump and Inlet Manifold need repair/replacing however head gasket thought to also need replacing soon. Drivers side door panel and window mechanism have been removed (but still available) as we thought we could use parts for our MG ZR, but we couldn"t in the end. 
The good points: Exhaust system fairly new which cost over £500, alternator less than 1 year old, brake pads new, alloy wheels, inside quite clean, everything else thought to be ok.
