A Rover 75 DIESEL estate tourer 2002 52 reg for spares or repairs.
The ECU was chipped when the car was new so gives 135bhp.
126,301 miles & regularly serviced.
MOT expires 17 August 2016 & had the following advisory:- Brake pipe slightly corroded front to rear.
Still in regular use so mileage will increase a little, but electric cooling fan is not working (a common problem).
These engines (BMW) are over cooled so it is only a problem in heavy traffic in hot weather.
We bought this vehicle in 2004 as a cat D insurance write off with 12k miles on the clock.
It was rebuilt & has provided us with very good service since then especially on regular long journeys to Scotland & back proving quiet, comfortable & ecconomical (45-50 mpg on long runs).
During our ownership it has had all the usual Rover 75 problems:- clutch slave cylinder (power unit out), broken rear springs, radiator etc.
The interior is still in good condition (not leather) but the exterior paintwork is showing its age with some small scrapes & scratches.
There is a small rust hole a the bottom of the left hand front wing.
Tyres are Goodyear, 3 are quite good , one is close to the legal limit
Cash on collection preferred otherwise bank transfer; Paypal as a last resort.
