Reluctantly up for sale is my 1994 Rover METRO finished in Matt Black
My plan was to turn this into a van and put a bigger engine in but circumstances have changed
It started life as a Rio Grande in white and has covered only 58000 miles from new
It has MOT until February 2016
1.1 single point injection engine
Its running on MGF 5 spoke alloys with brand new 195/45/15 tyres that have covered less than 300 miles
I have just serviced it with an oil change, oil filter change, air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs and leads
New headlamp lenses also just fitted
Sporty exhaust not loud just right
Tinted rear lights
It does have a couple of things that need sorting out :
Couple of bits of bodywork need finishing and painting again
The dipped beam is temperamental ( sidelights work as does flash main beam ) although I have fitted a brand new stalk but it hasn"t made any change. I believe this is a wiring issue but not had the time to look into it. Cant be too difficult as not many electrics on the car.
Idle speed is ever so slightly high and needs adjusting.
Passenger window goes back up at an angle and needs help so needs putting back on the runner properly
Back seats need cleaning ( haven"t bothered as I was taking them out anyway )
All in all a reliable little car that just needs finishing off

Viewing is recommended before auction end as it is a 21 year old car so don"t expect a minter but it is in good shape for its age
Car is located in ASHFORD in Kent
If the car doesn"t make its reserve I will quite happily keep the car and tuck it away for a while but would rather see someone driving it or finishing it
