Three Wheeler
Its a good one, I"m a bit of a Reliant man Iv had the Reliant Kitten for ten years and its in much worse nic than this one (but iv got plans for it). Only having a punt on this because having had one painted with the union jack on top gear, will make it popular; perhaps this was their inspiration! I bought this off a friend who had the idea to paint it but not the masking tape. Its well measured out and the effects there, you"ll get the B list celebrity reaction without the work. You may want to straighten out the lines of the pattern.
Runs very well, i recently got hired, took a fare to Bristol then Newport Wales Then back to Bideford via Glastonbury. 300mile round trip No problem, often cruising at 70 and £30 in fuel.
The ignitions bespoke, The old one is just used for the steering lock. The new ignition got faulty, so I switch it on then touch a wire. if that is too Heath Robinson I"m told there"s switches on eBay for about £25; I didn"t see the point. The fuel pump has been replaced with an electric one which works on a manual switch, so unless you have 2 ignition keys and know what to do you"ll never get anywhere.
