Very reluctantly putting my Scimitar up for sale, this is one of the last model"s made (SE6B) which has a galvanised chassis and the 2.8 v6 cologne engine fitted.I bought the car as a running project, and have done extensive work to it, mainly electrical and mechanical work.Some of the work is as follows 
Engine and gearbox removed and cleaned, new gaskets and filters replaced as needed.5 speed Borg Warner T5 wc gearbox fitted.Hydraulic clutch fittedEngine fully serviced, and new gearbox oil.Wiring for headlights, rear lights and heater blowers overhauled, replaced fuse box with modern blade type.Powersteering rack refurbished.Cold air intake/filter fittedBrakes were stripped, and overhauled.Plus lots more, it also has a stainless steel fuel tank fitted. The speedo shows fourty odd thousand, looking through the folder it came with it had a recon engine fitted at 11000 so engine hasn"t done much work.
Bad bits with the car, the paint work has blistered in a few places, the worst on the n/s door (see pictures) and the sunroof has been sealed shut. Interior, the roof lining is not fitted and the non original carpets are rubbish.The gearbox when selecting reverse can sometimes buzz when going in.
The car is road legal, Mot"d until September. All the tyres are good with lots of tread. It drives okay, although the carb could do with a service (has twin choke Weber"s fitted on a manual choke). Also has adjustable spax dampers at the front, standard at the rear, was like that when I brought it.
Overall she"s a nice solid car that just needs tidying up, or just drive as is.
I would prefer to keep the car, but moving house soon and won"t have anywhere to keep it, really gutted to let it go.
No swaps or part exchanges and I won"t ship abroad,  thanks for looking.
