Renault Clio 1.8 16V GRAND PRIX LIMITED EDITION NUMBER 483 OF 500
This car is one of 500 made for the french market to mark the anniversary of the mark one Clio and has only covered 39k miles. It was featured on the front page of Fast Car magazine issue 21 or 22 if memory serves me correct, as "the frogs bollocks".
Originally it was made to look like the Williams but manufactured them with the 1800 16v engine instead of the 2ltr.
The car is being sold as an unfinished project as I am emigrating and have ran out of time to finish it.
She has been off the road for 10 years and in that time has been stood outside. The car itself is solid inside and out and in all the usual places were corrosion is common with these cars. When i got her she had no rear seats as a rear cage was fitted and had bucket seats so have replaced them with original design. The bodywork has just been prepped (primed) ready for flatting and spraying in original color (Williams blue). The engine bay was sprayed in order to fit engine also the insides of doors windows and boot to aid masking and spraying.
Parts are required to finish this car as over the time it has been stood, knowing Clio fanatics odd bits have disappeared

Front and rear bumpers
Grille
O/S indicator
Inlet manifold cover
Top mount cover
Needs new alternator
Power steering bottle
Power steering connector to attach after market braided hose from rack to high pressure pipe
New windscreen
Front or rear belts depending on what color you want to match as i have a set of black for the front and gray for the rear which i have not fitted.
Ideally it needs a new carpet (left hand drive) as the previous owner caged the rear and had cut the carpet in certain places.
