I"m reluctantly selling my lovely Trophy. The Trophy is highly rated as one of the best hot hatches of all time is becoming quite sort after by car collectors. It was voted best hot hatch of 2005 by EVO and beat the best Italian supercars across country. EVO magazine guru, Harry Metcalfe has one in his stable of Lamborghini"s, Ferrari"s and a Zonda so it must be good!! Drive one and you"ll see what the fuss is about.
My car has a very good service history and I"ve kept it nice to use on fast road blasts. It has had it"s auxillary belt done recently by "Birchdown Renault" in Cheshire who are highly regarding in Clio circles. It will need a cam belt service soon (due to age not miles). This is £460 at Birchdown but the car is priced accordingly for it"s condition (a good one). This is all that it needs to become a "keeper" They checked it over when I bought it 18 months ago and have done any work to it. It"s fitted with Red Eibach springs all round which are slightly stiffer and lower. Before you ask, yes it does come with the original expensive "Sachs remote" front dampers.  I have just had these refitted and a full 4 wheel alignment.It has a new 12month MOT and only needed 2 new wheel bearings. I spent £500 on the car just last week to make it near perfect for the new owner.  It also comes with nearly new 182 Cup dampers as spares. The Trophy Sachs dampers fitted will NOT need a refurbishment any time soon as they are very very good and really add alot of control over the Cup dampers.  It has new correct Michelin PS3 tyres fitted which are fantastic. The interior is perfect with CD and Aircon and all books/tools. The Recaro"s are super comfy and in perfect condition. No damage to the steering wheel. Renault branded carpet over mats fitted. The car is original factory spec and not messed with. The paintwork is very very good. I have just wet sanded and polished the car so looking smooth and shiny and with new "Trophy" sill and limited edition number decals. The bonnet has a few stone chips, but not down to the primer so don"t really show.Front and rear bumpers are perfect.The engine is sweet and revs without fault. The car has not been abused and is a great example worthy of any collection. It comes from a good mature home and is now kept in storage. Great service history from new.
 It has a "Milltek" stainless steel exhaust which sounds great and not at all loud. I"ve been amazed with the car and would like her to go to a good home. HPI Clear (report comes with the car) The car can be viewed in after Wednesday in Oswestry, Shropshire call 07968369728
