Reluctantly selling our 2005 Renault Grand Espace 2.2DCI
Up for sale is our much loved Espace.
Before I get into the details I must say that this car has always been absolutely brilliant for us and still is. It drives great with no issues, its roomy and ticks every box for all families and has never let us down. It is the larger size Grand Espace. I definitely would not be selling this car, but because our family has a new addition on the way we need an 8 seater.
We have owned this car for 16 months in which time I have made sure it has been well maintained and serviced.
Without going into too much detail I have noted the main points below. Please do get in touch and come for a look, I will not place you under any obligation to buy and will not be offended if it is not for you. I recommend that you come and view before making an offer.
The good points

The not so good points
Externally
Very little to mention externally. It is a ten year old car and does have some minor scratches but nothing that stands out or affects the look of the car.
Internally
The seating area of the car is not in bad condition either. Again this is a ten year old family car so there is some very minor blemishes - a small speaker cover is missing.
The boot area is probably its only down side. Our family dog had a little nibble on the back plastic panel of a seat and although this doesn"t affect anything I need to make you aware of this to avoid any disappointment. I would imagine you can pick up an entire replacement seat on Ebay quite cheaply.The rear glass has our company advert fixed internally. This has effected the working of the glass defroster wires. Not something that has bothered us but I imagine you would want to remove the lettering / replace the glass.
Summary
This is a large family car in really good condition at a really low price. I had in mind a figure of £2300 for its value but when I looked on Ebay at similar cars I was gutted to see how little they go for. I wish they were as cheap when I bought this one! I"m sure this will continue to be an amazing car for another family, or great workhorse otherwise.
Please do come out for an inspection, I"m not a car garage and will not offer refunds or after sales care. I will not take part exchanges (as we already have our next car in mind). Buyer to collect. I will add some better photos shortly.
This car is still daily use by the family. Please expect this to reflect in its condition when you view. I will either have the car professionally valeted when it is sold or remove £55.00 from its sale price to cover your costs to have it valeted.
