(1) Replace front brake pads.(2) Replace front & rear rat trap flexible brake hoses.(3) Reseal front & rear brake pumps to remedy fluid leaks from same.(4) Replace both accumulator spheres.(5) Replace parking break pads.(6) Treat underside pipework, to stem & prevent surface corrosion.(7) Replace near-side road spring lower retaining cup.(8) Replace front suspension top arm & castor mounts.(9) Replace off-side lower front suspension ball joint.(10) Replace power steering chassis leg & hoses.(11) Replace new carburettor floats.(12) Carry out schedule C Service as per Rolls Royce specification"s. (13) Carry out hydraulic systems pressure test.(14) Carry out full steering & suspension geometry check & adjustment.(15) Replace near-side lower front suspension ball joint.(16) Replace leaking engine dipstick tube O ring, whilst oil removed. (17) Replace perished A.C.U. intake filters. (18) Replace rear suspension gas springs.(19) Refinish wood on dash facia & all door cappings        Release & remove complete dash facia including radio surround & dismantle furniture. Strip door panels as required in order to remove wood trim. Send woods for specialist repair & refinishing. Refit felts & foams as necessary. Refit dash furniture & reinstall woodwork into vehicle & refit trims & panels.
The leather interior is all original & has a lovely age appropriate patina, the leather has recently been completely treated with hide food & leather balm.
In regard"s to the fitted equipment such as electric window"s, electric seat"s, central locking, air conditioning, stereo, electric aerial, power steering, cruise control, etc etc... At the time of me writing this auction listing they work & work well although the cruise control is sometimes temperamental.
The exterior condition in-regard to body work is commensurate with age & mileage but we would say that the Rolls is above the average for what one would expect.
Our Rolls Royce has been in the same ownership for the last ten years, has ALWAYS BEEN GARAGED & MAINTAINED REGARDLESS OF COST.
We have all of the original Rolls Royce Handbooks to include the fully stamped service book along with service bills/invoices & previous mot"s, as well as the original copies of the delivery advice note/Invoice to the original supplying dealer ( H A Fox ) St James London, plus the original Car Specification build sheet & original Rolls Royce Warranty Acknowledgement Card.    
In summation the Rolls Royce is a very good example of her type & has been maintained correctly, not a concourse show winning example but a very nice usable every day driver we have just had the Rolls Royce serviced prior to sale at the local village garage using genuine Rolls Royce parts.
