Here we have a Rover 218 Vi with the VVCi Rover K series engine
I have driven this car and it is Much Quicker and more responsive than a standard 1800.
It is believed to be a stroked engine to 2 Litre. Which would explain the extra power. The last owner worked at an engine rebuilder. It has a Lotus Engine Cover, which may explain a bit
I can confirm that the last time i drove it ,all the gears engage and the gearbox doesnt appear to be noisy and the brakes work.
