I have had this for a long time. Recent battery, Cam belt, water pump belt and tensioner, alternator, wipers, battery , tracking and starter. Starts first time and 55 mpg, and utterly reliable. Runs well, but tatty and in need of tlc. Supermarket bumps and scratches, and what appears to be a cv joint grumble.1 month tax and mot left.
I have a cv joint and a nearside wing, which I was going to fit, but arthritis and age mean it will nor happen.
One of the most under-rated cars ever. Although a good runner. I can"t guarantee it at this age and price, so it is sold either for restoration or to be mined for spares by a Rover enthusiast .
