Here we have for auction my Rover 45 Impression which is presented in very good clean condition inside and out. I have owned this car for about 4 months but have now inherited a large estate car which is more suitable for my needs and hence I am selling the Rover.
In the time I have owned it the car has not missed a beat and starts first time every time. It drives smoothly and I have done a number of runs down to Birmingham and Christchurch in Dorset without any problems. Let"s face it the Rover is not the most fashionable car but it is a cracking workhorse and solidly built. This is the hatchback version and the back seats fold flat to give a really quite large luggage area. You won"t break any speed records with this car but it will cruise all day at 70 on the motorway with little effort.
Bodily the car is in very good condition. There is a slight stone ding to the front nearside wing but this is barely noticeable. Interiorwise everything is in good order with no rips,tears or scuffs. All I would say is that as I am involved in property renovation and carry tools and decorating materials there are the odd paint spots on the seats  but again these are not overly noticeable. 
The odometer is showing 102600 miles. I cannot warrant that this is a genuine mileage as I have no history with the car but looking at the condition of the car and the fact that the previous owner had the car for four years I have no reason to doubt the authenticity of the mileage.
The V5 is present with me. I had the vehicle HPI checked when I bought it and it is clear.
After I bought the car I had a new exhaust,catalytic converter and oxygen sensor fitted at a cost of £395. The tyres have plenty of tread left on them and the spare is new.
There are service stamps in the owners handbook up to 65,000 miles.
This car will provide somebody with a good cheap reliable runabout.
The car is on sale from the first bid. I am open to sensible offers of a "buy it now" price but in fairness to any bidders I will not accept a  "buy it now" price once the bidding has started.
We live about six miles from Cockermouth Cumbria. The car can be viewed/tested anytime up to Sunday morning (2nd August) here. From Sunday until Tuesday 11th August the car will be in Sutton Coldfield and can be viewed/tested there. Inspection and test of the car is encouraged and recommended. Please remember as always that you bid to buy and not to kick tyres. The car is bought as seen. This is a 13 yr old car and is not mint but that said is in very clean and serviceable condition. You will no doubt find the odd age related mark or scuff so don"t expect new car condition.(I will be travelling from Sutton Coldfield to Christchurch Dorset with a colleague on Tuesday 4th August so if someone offers an acceptable buy it now price I could perhaps meet them on that route somewhere and deliver the car for an extra £15 to cover the petrol)
