Rover 45 Classic / IS – 2003 1.4 LLong MOT / Low Mileage / Recent Full Exhaust (November 2015) - LOW RESERVEFor spares / repairs and will need trailering away. I believe it needs a new clutch – starts but cuts out and will not hold in gear and burning rubber smell. MOT until 12 November 2016. New full exhaust fitted in November 2015. Low mileage – only 52,000 miles. Front brake pads renewed in August 2013. Four good tyres (2 x Hankook / 2 x Avon) – all fitted since 2013, most recent tyre in November 2015. Tread depth in November 2015 recorded as 5.00 all round with new one of course at 8.00 - when mileage was 50,897 (now 52,000). New remote control / immobiliser just re-programmed prior to clutch failing on 22 March 2016.  Some service history and receipts. Old MOTS back to 2012 when mileage was 34,582. Handbook / Radio Code / Security Information Card all present. Only 2 owners in total; including me – father then me. Car originally bought new by my father and registered in Ireland.  Imported by me in November 2012 and properly registered with UK plates – all supporting documents included. Log Book describes car as 1.4 IS but DVLA recorded the model as ‘Classic’.  CD player, aircon, electric windows all round and door mirrors. Been used as second car over last few years. Sold as seen / tested or not tested by buyer. Cash on collection only please - which is to please be within 7 days of auction end unless otherwise agreed with me prior to auction end.
