I am selling this solid reliable Rover, I have bought a Rover 75 estate as I now have Labrador dogs but what a great car this is, it returns around 45mpg from its BMW sourced diesel engine which isn"t even half way through its life yet, it has no faults at all, it still looks great despite its age, smooth, rattle free, it still drives like a 3 year old car and should last for many years yet, any car of this age is likely to need a clutch, an exhaust and on these Rovers, some of the suspension parts wear out, but on this one IT HAS ALL BEEN DONE receipts available;  *New clutch only 12 months ago, very smooth (expensive job) *Recent exhaust (exhausts on these last 10 years so you will never need another)* *Rear suspension arms and springs replaced 2 years ago* *2 keys both fully working (1 has had a repair but works fine)* *Handbrake Compensator (stainless steel) replaced to give a 3 click handbrake (common fault as they stretch)* *No mechanical or electrical faults, everything works* *All receipts available and previous MOT certificates going right back to day 1* *MOT to JUNE 2016, should go through the next with no problems* *Recent front brake pads* *LED sidelight bulbs and upgraded Osram headlight bulbs*   I have really enjoyed owning this elegant car, these early (pre-project drive) Rover 75s were the better built cars in my opinion, my new Mark 2 estate is very good, but not a nicely built or finished as this car and I am going to have to do the clutch .I have refitted the original Rover audio head unit which is the only thing I would change if I bought this car , the speakers deserve a nice modern sat nav/bluetooth unit, I have one on my new estate and it fits great in this car I can show you it in operation, Interior is very clean , body very good, if you look really hard there are a couple of tiny supermarket door dinks, but so small you really have to look, as you can see from the photos, it still looks like a class act, these R75 diesels really are great cars, loads of parts available and plenty of people know how to fix them unlike many modern cars!!
