Welcome to the auction of my Rover 75 saloon diesel - one of the last to be registered.
I have owned this for several years and it has been a trustworthy car, however a couple of months ago some smoke started to appear from the exhaust. A mechanic friend advised it was probably a leaking injector, but as I had been considering a change of car I decided to buy something else rather than repair the Rover. So I am listing this with a start price which matches the value I would get for scrap... Hopefully somebody has the time to repair and keep it on the road!
Good points:Recent clutch. Recently fitted towbar, un-used... The fault showed up and I bought a new car before I managed to get a trailer!Good tyres (all replaced within last 6 months).
Bad points: Aforementioned smoke from exhaust.Some dents to offside rear quarter panel and rear door. Sensor wires for offside front brake pad wear indicator broken (recently replaced front pads though).Wear to drivers seat bolster (see pictures).
