Sorry to the genuine buyers out there, this car had a LOT of watchers when listed and idiots like the one mentioned ruin it for them.
I bought this car as a project to make my daily driver, but having to many projects on the go means I have to sell it on.
The car is a 1996 Rover Metro/114GTa, it runs and drives fine and the interior is in good condition, just needs a little clean really. There is some service history with the car and I"m told the engine had a rebuild about 1yr ago before it was parked up, the MOT only ran out April this year.
The only issues I can see with the car is the rear arches need replacing, a common fault on Metros..and the paint has gone flat so needs mopping back.
The alarm button is worn on the fob but with a few presses does open the central locking and disarms the alarm.
I"m looking to sell the car as it is really but will break it if needs be...to be honest I"ll get a lot more in parts but just need the space. The alloys are already spoken for so the car will come on Si wider steel wheels.
