Here is my Rover 100/metro with a 143 1.8 vvc engine from an MGF. I bought it on a bit of an impulse a few weeks ago and in light of the bit of tlc it needs I"ve decided to move it on as I just dont have the time or space for her.
Ok so no MOT, it needs a horn, window washer bottle and as all the hydrogas in the suspension has been let out, that will need to be regassed.It does start, run, drive, stop etc fine, all it needs is an MOT and its ready for daily use.Comes with 6 steel wheels, two of which need new tyres as have punctures. Has some Ripspeed reclining buckets which are not to my taste at all but never the less come with the car.
Suspension makes some groans and gearbox has a slight whine in fifth, battery could do with replacing or give it a good run for a charge.Headgasket was done around 10k miles ago by previous owner but no proof, manual switch for fan but not overheated in my ownership.
