A few areas that need attention:
Tyres although lots of tread (just past mot) are getting old/hard.
Same as the suspension still on the red konis.
Has had paint in the past and is overall in good condition however the driver door is suffering from bubbling.
Interior has the usual wear see photos.
On the positive side:
Recent cambelt change and fresh mot.
Good mileage.
Wheels in excellent condition.
Hood ok.
Runs well no signs of head gasket oil and water very clean, fans kick in when they should and temp drops.
All electrics work, immobiliser, heater (on all settings), lights etc etc.
