We levy a 20% re-stocking fee for any part that is ordered in error. 
Customers will be expected to pay for all postage fees related to returned items.
 All parts are cleaned and tested prior to being advertised for sale. International customers welcome – please contact us first to allow a quote for accurate shipping costs.

Shipping
No items will be posted until cleared payment is received in full. All items are sent by Royal Mail second class post or by Parcelforce 48 unless otherwise stated. We happy to combine postage where possible and ship the majority of smaller parts worldwide at an additional cost.
Please contact us prior to purchasing item(s) in order for us to quote postage. Collections in person are welcome providing the item(s) are paid for in full in advance or at the time of collection strictly via appointment only. 
Returns 
We are happy to accept returns for incorrectly ordered or unwanted items providing that they are returned within 7 days and in the same condition. This is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The buyer is also responsible for any subsequent postage and packaging charges incurred in returning the item to us. In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item we will issue a refund only after the item has been returned.Please note that all second hand parts are security marked to deter dishonest activity. Once we are satisfied the item has been returned and tested we will issue a refund for the item and postage charges.
